What Balete Works is for
Businesses rarely lack advice. The harder problem is deciding what matters in their particular circumstances, what the evidence supports and what can realistically be done next. Balete Works exists to make that thinking clearer and more useful.
The name reflects a knowledge ecosystem: deep roots, connected sources of support and practical growth above ground. It leaves room for consulting, mentoring, articles, tools and future learning services without forcing every question into one method.
What that means for clients
We begin by understanding your current position before deciding what kind of help makes sense. Records, experience and real examples are considered together. Uncertainty is stated honestly. Recommendations must be useful to the people who will carry them into everyday work.
You should leave with a clearer view of the issue, the choices available and what the next step would require—even when the right next step does not involve another assignment.
How we work
Balete Works is led by Antti Lahtinen, a Certified Management Consultant whose experience spans line and financial management, business development, project work, entrepreneurship and more than two decades of consulting and senior advisory work.
That experience is used as practical judgement, not as an autobiography. Antti listens for the question behind the first question, tests confident explanations and keeps the work proportionate to the result the client needs.
